Section 1. The annual meeting of the Inkwell Writers’ Circle shall be held in June, July, or August at a time and place to be decided by the Executive Board.
Section 2. At least sixty days' notice of the annual meeting shall be announced in the IWC spring newsletter.
ARTICLE XIII -- LIABILITY
The Inkwell Writers’ Circle shall in no way and under no circumstances be in any way responsible or held liable for any literary infringements, libelous statements, or any other legal misconduct of any or all of its members.
